Remove read more button in blog posts using envo-blog theme

Hi,

I have a blog page on the site i am building. The test posts i have published all have a ‘Read More’ button that stops the full post being visible on the page.

What file do i edit to remove this please? I am working on it locally in dreamweaver. In my child theme i have style.css and footer.php.
