Remove read more and edit the post title colour

    This is a great theme. Enjoying this very much.
    Two questions; 1.) How can I remove the read more and […] at the end of my posts? I’ve been searching in the code everywhere.

    2.) How can I edit the colour of the post titles? I’d like a black rather then a grey.
