Remove Read More

I would like to remove the “Read More” from the Theme altogether. It is appearing on Product listings on Archive pages and Theme Pages and I want to remove it and just have the image/title link to the products. The “Related Prodycts” with the “Read More” is also causing a problem with my SEO as it creates too many “No Follow” Links and I cannot get a good page score rating because of this.

I have tried plugins and php code snippets in the Theme Functions file and even CSS but nothing has worked.
