Hi! There is a ‘Rating’ section to a Add New Post interface that can be hidden via the “Screen Option” checkboxes. However, we’d like to have it hidden for all users so that they don’t have to use the Screen Option checkbox. Is there a way to accomplish this? I have searched high and low and have not found anything so far.

    Thanks!

Are you using any plugin that creates the rating section? By default there is no rating section in wordpress post type… or am I missing something?

Hi Ashok, thanks for the super speedy reply (btw: I use WPMU Dev and looove it!).

I don’t see anything in my plugins list that would enable this but I went through and disabled all plugins just to check.

However, your suggestion did get me thinking so I checked a base install I have and yep, no rating system. So, now I have to figure out where this is coming from. The theme itself didn’t seem to have anything about Ratings, but maybe I enabled it somewhere. Onward I search!

    Thanks!

Ah, I found it. Looks like it is part of the theme I am using (Novelti by BOJAN RADONIC).
