    I’m having a problem displaying the Q&A section in the course page. I have translated the courses slug and now I get a 404 page when I click in this section.

    When I return to the original “courses” slug, when I click in the Q&A section, I don’t get a 404, but I don’t get to see the Q&A, nothing really happens.

    So, facing so many problems with this, I really would like a solution to get rid of this tab in the course page. I need the Q&A to be functioning in the course, but if I can’t make it work in the front page, at least I’d like to stop it from displaying so my students won’t know there is a bug.

    Any help is much appreciated.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    It’s been 8 days struggling with this issue. Would you please give ANY kind of advice, I need at least a hint of what the problem might be. I see your support is helpful for other people but my problem was barely touched. Please help me ??

    I really love this plugin, it’s perfect for me and I might upgrade in the future, but first I need to make it work.

    Hey @lucianamorin,

    I am sorry to know that you have been struggling for last 8 days. First of all, our support policy does not cover customizations. In your case, you have modified our permalink structure and the problems started.

    If you want to hide the Q&A feature, then add the following css code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
    .tutor-lesson-sidebar a:nth-child(2){display:none;}

    This will hide the Q&A tab.

    If you need to customize anything we highly recommend hiring a developer to save time and have mental peace ??

    I have modified the permalink structure before I had notice the menus issue. Before approaching you for support, I have uninstalled the plugin completely and reinstalled it several times, making sure absolutely all residual files from the plugin were deleted.

    Reinstalling a new, fresh version of the plugin, wasn’t effective to solve this problem.

    Right now I have reestablished the original permalink structure and the problem is persistent.

    I have done this in order to be able to receive support – I wouldn’t have changed the permalink if I knew this modification would prevent me from receive support. There is no problem and I can live with your original permastructure. I need to reassure to you that the Dashboard link is NOT modified. My wordpress is in portuguese and this is the original permalink that comes with the plugin installation. I have never ever touched this page.

    I wonder if now I could receive your support? Or do you need me to do it all over again and delete all my plugin files again and reinstall the plugin to help me? If you need this, I’ll do it.

    I have done that before several times, more than 5, and nothing changed. I’m really trying to make this work here and am willing to forget about permalinks if only I can get a functional plugin.

    I appreciate the css code but this was a solution for me before I realized the dashboard has the same issue. And a dashboard is too important to “ignore” and hide. I need it to be functional and right now the menu does not work.
