    Hi!
I’m using your perfectp plugin since a long time.

Right now, i need to remove some product variations trough an updated csv.

First, i’ve imported my first csv with my variables products (SKU as unique id and “all variation for a particular product have the same title as the parent produt).
Then, i’ve updated the same csv with some data updates and i removed too some “Variations lines”.

    – I tried “Edit import” and re-run, but it doesn’t work, WP All Import will remove some attributes (don’t knwo why) and create mistakes on my produt.
    – I tried “New Import” as “New items”, but it creates duplicates products (even if SKU is the same).
    – I Tried “New Import” as “Existing items”, data updates are OK, but my variation line removed from the csv stay living in my website.

I read your unofficial guide (https://gist.github.com/trey8611/607f09db8c470d2170cb358223de9384) and “New import – New Items” looks right to do what i need, but maybe i miss something.

    WP All Import Pro 4.7.0
WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On Pro 3.2.7

    Any help please ?

    Hi @shacq,

You would need to initially create your variable products & variations with a “New Items” import (let’s call it “Import A”) with the “Delete products that are no longer present in your file” option enabled in the Import Settings. When you remove variations from your file, you need to upload the new version of the file to the same import that created the products (Import A) and re-run it to remove the missing variations.

If these steps don’t work, we’d need to see your import settings and data to advise on what’s going wrong. In this case, please replicate the issue on a sandbox site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the sandbox site URL and a brief description of the issue.
