Remove Product Options on Category Page

Add below code in your current theme’s style.css

.variations_form.cart.in_loop {
display: none;
}

While @khushbupadalia should work just fine, it should be noted that the drop-down you’re seeing is also not the default way WooCommerce displays variable products in the archive view.

Practically it means that was likely added using another plugin or some custom coding.

@khushbupadalia that did not work. @riaanknoetze I am using a product add-ons plugin as well. Everything was working fine until I created a variable product (used standard woo-commerce features, not he plugin for this one) Any suggestions?
