Remove Preview Capability (Possibly Per Role?)

Is there a way to do this?

I need to not only remove the Preview button from the publishing area of the add new/edit pages, but also the preview link that appears in the yellow message box when you save a post/page.

I am using the Adminimize and Members plugins, so making preview a “you do not have permission to do this” type of thing per role using one or both of these plugins would be ideal, but I’d settle for just removing all links to it if that’s not possible!
