Remove Preferred Format Option

    Hey there,

    The “preferred format” option should honor your list settings in your MailChimp. This means that if it’s disabled in your account’s list settings, that it should be disabled from showing on your plugin’s sign up form as well.

    You mentioned having disabled it in your account’s list settings. Can you confirm that after disabling it, that you’ve updated your list? This can be done by going to your WP-Admin area, going to your plugin’s settings and clicking the “update list” button at the top. This ensures your settings are up-to-date.

    Well, oddly enough I had done all of that, and cleared my browser cache to be certain but it wasn’t working. It is now, though. Thanks!
