Remove “Powered By NEX-Forms” text & link

    Hi,

    I bought NEX-Forms from Envato. Now a “Powered by?NEX-Forms” appears on my landing page form – with a link to Envato. A bit spammy! I want to remove this as this is not why I bought the plugin. I don’t want any links going from my landing page…!
