Remove plugin fully from Mysql

  • I would like to fully remove the plugin from wordpress – but i cannot recall the identifier within mysql.

    Could you provide the necessary details as i have acquired a HTML:Script-inf injection attack within the footer.php (within the plugin itself). I just want to make sure its fully removed.
