Remove "please rate this" message

    I’ve just released version 1.1.8 and added details how to do this on the FAQ

    You can set an empty title via the shortcode or set by using an empty default title in the plugin settings. E.g. ‘[displayRatingForm post_id=”1″ title=””]’ and ‘[displayRatingTopResults count=”10″ title=””]’. If the title is not present in the shortcode, the default will be used (e.g. ‘[displayRatingForm post_id=”1″]’).

    Note: If no post_id is present, the post id from the WP loop is used.

    Just removed the title from the form field and it is working.
