    @itsmir so does your shop have both digital/virtual products and physical products? Would your expectation be that when there are only virtual products them no pickup time is required but if there is at least 1 physical product then the pickup time is required?

    Yes – that would be perfect!

    On our site event tickets are virtual products, the rest will be physical and will require a pickup time.

    I’m also interested in the answer to this question. Our products are physical, except for Gift Cards, which are virtual. We want to hide Pickup Time on the Gift Card checkout screen.
