Remove phone number from appearing on bank statement

    Since i installed WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin, my phone number is appearing on the customer bank statement alongside the transaction, how can i remove this?

    I installed this plugin for a specific subscription plugin to work, before that, any purchase made of the website, my number never appeared on the bank statements

    any help would be appreciated

    Can you please share the name of the subscription plugin.

    Please also share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for sharing the system report. Let’s do this. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe. Click on Settings and scroll down to the “Payments & Transactions” section. What do you see in the Bank Statement and preview here?

    I just tested it and it still was showing on the bank statement. Ill test it again in a few hours just incase it take a little time to change over
