    Hi,
First of all, to the whole team at PMS, it’s a GREAT plugin, and I’m excited for the potential of using it with future clients, along with all the additional add-ons available for their needs. Thanks for all your hard work.

My question has to do with pending payments. Is there a way to remove pending payments? I’m in the testing/development stage, so when there’s hiccups with the Paypal IPN return, I’m unable to to re-test with a similar username/email, etc.

    Thanks for your help!

For an update, I have found that if I delete the user from the main WordPress user area that user AND the pending orders for that user are deleted.

I had tried deleting the entire plugin and reinstalling, but the information had remained in the database, so it all reappeared when I installed again. Deleting the user was the only way of removing the pending orders.

The only problem still remaining is that some of the tests I did with the admin user still have pending orders I’m unable to get rid of…and of course I’m not going to delete the admin.

    Thank you for your feedback.

We’re actually working on improving the payments interface, giving admins the ability to edit or delete payments.

This is already on our development list and should be out in March.

So, quite soon you will be able to remove the pending payments.

    Best regards,

I tried to do this as well and I deleted the users, but they are still able to log on and their test payments are still listed as pending. Help please?

    Hi Harlow,

After the Registration, users will be able to login into their account even if they did’t pay for the subscription plan. They will become a member once they pay for the subscription plan.

You, as admin, will be able to view the pending order from the back-end.

If the user wants to retry the payment he can do this by going to the My Account page created using the [pms-account] shortcode.

Now if you set the restrict based on the subscription plan, users will not be able to access that content until they pay for the plan.

    Best regards,
