Remove Payment Method row

    Hi,

    On the latest woocommerce version (2.2+) Payment Method row is printed in total section together with Cart Subtotal, Discount, Shipping etc.

    I used to remove the payment method using code provided in FAQ that’s unfortunately no longer works (since it isn’t field anymore). I tried to play with the code but it seems no filter hook associated with this part? cmiiw.

    So, how to remove/hide them?
