Remove “Pay cash on delivery” from the Customer Completed Order email

  • Hello.

    I’m customizing the order emails from woocommerce and would like to use the Customer Completed Order email as the final step in the process after the product has been delivered.

    Currently, this email is pulling the ‘cash on delivery’ payment information. Which in this case is redundant.

    How do I remove it?

  • Hey,
    That is added if you are using the payment options cash pay on delivery in your woocommerce settings.

    If you intended to use that payment option and still want to remove it from the emails you would have to edit woocommerce core. It’s not something this plugin controls or edits.

    I suggest contacting woocommerce support, they may know of a plugin or extension that would allow you to remove it without having to dig into the code.
