Remove Pagination on Admin Portfolio Page

I want to use a plugin that enables drag and drop sorting of my portfolio items, but it won’t work because the wordpress admin only displays 20 items per page.

How can I make it display ALL my portfolio items on the same (admin) page, with NO pagination or splitting up the posts onto page 2, page3, page 3, etc… ???

This would enable me to sort all the items by drap and drop, instead of going through each item individually and changing the publish date.
