remove page/tab but keep the posts

for my blog: https://www.countryalross.com, I made an “index” page “ye old name droppe” (https://www.countryalross.com/home/?page_id=242). This index page ha links to all the blog posts.

What I’m trying to do is now just remove the “blogs” tab (https://www.countryalross.com/home/?page_id=7) while keeping the blog posts themeselves. I redirected the homepage to go to the “home” page and all blogs to go to the “blogs” page a while back.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
