Remove Page Title WordPress 3.1

I recently upgraded to WP 3.1 I’m a newbie to WP and I’m just learning the basics.

I’m trying to remove the page title above my content. All I’ve found on the forums are for previous versions of WP.

The page title is hi-lighted on the menu, but also shows up in bold below the menu, but above the content. I can’t remove it by removing the <h2> tags in the page.php file because it doesn’t exist (a change in WP 3.1) I’m familiar with HTML, but I’m changing all my sites over to WP.
