Remove Page Title in Browser Tab from Static Home Page

I am using the Twenty Twelve theme and have enabled a static home page. I was also able to remove the title from the page itself. Now I want to remove “Home” from the site title in the browser tab. It currently reads “Home | Projecting X: How to Forecast Baseball Player Performance”, but I want it to only read “Projecting X: How to Forecast Baseball Player Performance”. This is only for the static home page, the other pages are fine including the page title at the beginning. My site is below. Thanks.
