Remove or change “Welcome to…”

    I’d like to remove the “WELCOME TO PURE & SIMPLE” content on the Front Page, and if possible replace it with a slider widget (the slider currently under “HOME” and the blue bar.

    please go to Customizer / Basic settings / scroll to the bottom and check the “Hide default content” box. Then simply save your customizer setting.

    Use the following steps to add a slider:

    Go to Dashboard=> Appearance=> Widget=> Banner=> Then put a Text Widget inside the Banner widget area => Add your slider shortcode (from whatever slider you use) in this text widget
