Remove Options in Product Data from DB

    Is is possible to remove product data options that aren’t being use form the wp_postmeta table? I have a site that has over 15,000 products an whose db is over 400mb, but I’m not using 80% of the Product Data section. I’m only using the Externa/Affiliate Product option with SKU, Product URL, and Button Text. Everything else I want to remove from DB since their data is empty. Is this possible?
