remove Options amount

Hi, im using the Pro version of this and i have 2 questions,

first can i choose not to view Options amount for the customers when they
choosing different options, i just want Final total.

Second is at conditions, can i mix show and hide conditions ? or can i just use show on a options ?

i have a small last question, where can i login to my Extra Product Options Builder
and see my licens key and download the plugin ? i didnt get a mail or anything
