Remove “optional” from the commercial communications label + reposition

Good morning, I purchased the premium version of this plugin so I can add a box about commercial communications on the last page of the purchase process. The question is whether you could remove the word “optional”, which appears in parentheses at the end of the selected sentence, without marking that tag as mandatory.

I would also like to know if this box can be moved from the site, since I would like to place it under the order summary and the payment method, next to the acceptance box of the terms and conditions of the site.
