Remove opaque meta on main page for images. remove clickable effect

I used the circles on the main page to insert images. I have disabled “opaque meta” in the customize menu but it only affects the circles with text in.

Basicly, I want to fully remove that opacity on top of the images in the circles (even if it requires to go in the code).

+ If possible is to make those circles not clickable.
