Remove only one Category from Slider

  • Is there a way to show all categories in the slider except for one. In Leaf Options it only allows me to show “All Categories” or to pick a specific one. It would be very helpful to be able to pick and choose what categories I can show.

  • It’s looks like currently there is no such a option to pick and choose what categories you can show. you can work around in this way to show posts what you want in slider.

    create a category exclusively for slider only with a name like “Slide Posts”. While you publish a post select slider category along with other you want and publish it.

    Go to leaf theme options and select “Slide Post” category to display in slider.

    Note that you should have minimum of 5 post in that category to show up.

    I know this not a ideal way to your problem, but you can achieve same results. Hopefully this will help you.

    thanks for the response. i figured this was only way to go about it. i wish there was a way to add categories to a group of posts instead of going through them one by one for time saving purposes!
