    Currently, there is no option to manually enable/disable caching if the post/page contains a specific content.

    However, I don’t thinks this is a caching issue you have on your website, I didn’t manage to reproduce it on your web page -I mean I can see the images are changed whenever I click on the thumbnails.

    Also, when I checked browser console, I got some errors of JavaScript files not being loaded correctly, this may be the reason behind this issue.

    You can disable Wordfence cache -temporarily- or switch to the basic caching and re-check this issue.

    Finally, you can exclude some URLs from Wordfence caching, please check this guide if you find this useful in your case.
