the old installation has been removed from the server, so I can’t just go install it again. I tried to contact pinterest but they said to contact you.
How can can I get the old catalog off of pinterest? Where do I sent the our account info?
The fact that the feed is no longer functional seems to be causing a problem with our pinterest verfication, and it seems like there should really be some way to delete it on the pinterest side for just this kind of scenario.

That answer assumes that I still have access to the old wordpress/woocommerce installation in order to reactivate and manage the plugin through woocommerce. I do not.

The old installation has been removed from the server entirely.

How do I remove a previously generated feed from pinterest without access to the old installation?

I did already contact pinterest support, but they referred me back to you.

Your pinned post does say to open a new thread if you can’t access the WordPress installation

If you don’t have access to your old WooCommerce site please contact us on a new thread, we will need the URL of the site and the user Id of your Pinterest account. We will need to contact Pinterest Support. In the meantime, you can also contact on your side and explain the situation.

So, that’s what I’m trying to do.

    Hi @zobabe,

    Please try the following:

    1. Revoke access to Pinterest for WooCommerce

    2. Unclaim the website

    1. On Pinterest.com
    2. Click the down arrow next to your profile avatar visible top right
    3. Select Settings > Claimed Accounts
    4. Next to the website you want to disconnect, click Unclaim

That should remove the WooCommerce catalog associated with the website.

If your new installation for the same site is connected to Pinterest for WooCommerce, I recommend contacting Pinterest to manually delete the catalog instead. (When you contact them, specify that you want them to manually delete the catalog as you no longer have access to the WooCommerce site. We don’t have access to the Pinterest platform so we can’t delete the catalog from our end)
