Remove Old Category Slug

Hi,
I am currently testing your plugin and so far it works very well. My SEO told me that I do have an old slug from a category which i need to remove. I can only read about removing old slugs for post or pages but cannot find anything for categories.My example:
Current post url:
https://www.tigerbalm-baumetigre.com/de/gesundheit-allgemein/46-anwendungen-tigerbalm/old post url:
https://www.tigerbalm-baumetigre.com/de/blog/46-anwendungen-tigerbalm/so I like to delete the …/blog/… category slug from the database. Is this possible with the premium or any solution.
I have renamed the category from “blog” to “Gesundheit-Allgemein”Thanks,
