remove "OFF" from post

on the post at
https://www.familylawsolutions.com.au/rotary-club-charity-duck-race-october-2015/there is an “OFF” displaying to the right of the heading – I am assuming this is stating that comments are turned off
I have the plug-in Disable Comments activated
I have tried adding to custom css
.post_comment
{
display: none; !important;
}but it is still appearing
can you let me know how to get rid of it please
