Remove Notices for Non-Admin Users

Hi, I’m having an problem with a “notice” appearing for non-admin users when they login to post something from their accounts.

Here is the error/notice that they see from the “Add New Post” page:

Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Responsive Lightbox plugin. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugin installed.

Is there any way that this can be removed? I have installed the Responsive Lightbox plugin from the admin account but for whatever reason the notice still appears.
