    Hello there,

Iam using your Plugin for a few days now and i have one slight problem. Is it possible to remove the ?non-amp Parameter on AMP-Pages? I dont see the benefits of having this parameter instead of directly redirecting the Non-Mobile Version to its Source. I hope i can get some help for this case.

    Sincerely,

    Stefan

    Hello @santacruze

Can you please send me the screenshot of the non-amp parameter which you want to remove from the page?

    Hello,

Its the Footer Link “Link to Non-AMP page in Footer”. It always adds the ?non-amp Parameter as Link to the Original Non-Version of the Page. I use the Design One.

    Hello Amp Team,

Yes i got a reply from the Support. But i think there is a big misunderstanding. I dont want to remove the whole URL to the Desktop-Version on the Amp Page. I just want to remove the ?non-amp query parameter from the Link to the Desktop-Version. Not the Link itself.

Deleting it in the Translation Panel also removes the whole Link to the Desktop-Version.

    Sincerely,

    Hello @santacruze

Regarding the ?non-amp=1 parameter are adding to the Website URL when you click on non-amp version link because if the mobile redirection option is enabled and if we don’t add this query then it redirects to AMP version even after click on a non-AMP version link.

So to redirects AMP version to Non-AMP after click on Non-AMP version link when mobile redirection option is enabled we have added ?non-amp=1 parameter in the URL.

Hope it helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
