I’m experiencing critical issues specifically with my WPFunnels checkout page (at assets.pobacademy.com/pob/10000-chatgpt-prompts-copy/google-bard-ai-prompts-pack-checkout/):

    Two distinct issues are occurring:

A “No Shipping Method” popup appears on both WPFunnels and standard WooCommerce checkout pages Price multiplication (x1000) occurs ONLY on WPFunnels checkout pages after loading Console shows multiple 404 errors for essential resources:

Failed resource loads from wp-content/plugins directory Multiple .js and .css files returning 404 errors

    Important Context:

All products are virtual products Shipping calculations are intentionally disabled in WooCommerce settings Price multiplication issue is specific to WPFunnels checkout pages Regular WooCommerce checkout shows correct pricing

    Please investigate:

Why these WooCommerce/WPFunnels resources are returning 404 errors Why the price calculation is specifically affected in WPFunnels pages Server logs during WPFunnels checkout page loads

I’ve attached screenshots of the console errors for reference. https://snipboard.io/wlTtxV.jpg

    Hi @pobacademynigeria ,

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you’re experiencing two issues after creating a funnel-based checkout with WPFunnels:

    • No shipping options found
    • Product prices multiplying by 1000x

To confirm, does everything work correctly with a standard WooCommerce checkout? If so, the issue likely stems from the WPFunnels plugin or a compatibility conflict. In that case, I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin author for assistance.

Regarding the missing JavaScript and CSS files, sometimes plugins that minify or combine JS/CSS files can cause 404 errors if not configured correctly. Try the following steps:

    • Clear all caches and temporarily disable any performance optimization plugins.
    • If this resolves the issue, adjust the plugin settings or exclude certain files from minification.

Additionally, incorrect file permissions can sometimes cause these errors. Please check with your hosting provider to ensure that: Directories have permissions set to 755 and Files have permissions set to 644

Lastly, I’d suggest reinstalling or updating your theme and plugins to ensure all files are intact and correctly placed, as corrupted or missing files can lead to 404 errors.

Let me know how it goes!

Thank you so much for your prompt response.

No shipping options found” pop up also appears on with the standard WooCommerce checkout regardless of all set up to remove it.

However, the currency issue for the multiplication seems to only affect the wpfunnel checkout, which I have forwarded an email to their support.

Please how do I removed this “No shipping Method” issues

    Hello pobacademynigeria,

    Thank you for your reply.

I visited your site and noticed that the “No shipping options found” is appearing via JavaScript.
Please note that this popup method is not how WooCommerce notifies problems with shipping.

I suspect some other plugin or code is responsible for this popup.
To investigate this further, please share your site’s System Status Report with me.
You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the System Status Report. Currently, I’m not able to find any plugin that may be causing that notice on your site. However, I can see that you are using a custom snippet. I suspect you may have added code in this plugin for testing purposes. Could you please deactivate that plugin and see if that fixes the issue? Also, try deactivating the Shipping Notices plugin and see if that removes the notice.

If that does not help, please try deactivating all plugins and activating the default WordPress theme to check if the message still appears. For more details on how to run a conflict test, you can refer to this article:
    How to test for conflicts

Let me know how that goes.

So I did as instructed and noticed that the default wordpress theme works fine without it but I can’t remove the theme because I need some of it functions so well, but unfortunately the support is not responsive. Attached is a copy of my function.php code https://we.tl/t-BtpM6veUEV, please look it to it and tell me what could be causing the popup and try to give me a code that will remove it or adjust the function.php codes.

Better still is it ok to please give you temporary access to my website?
    Thanks

    Hi @pobacademynigeria ,

Thanks for the update! If your site works fine with a default WordPress theme, that suggests the issue is related to your current theme, Netbrux Fusion, which is a child theme of Woostify. If the Netbrux Fusion support team is unresponsive, you might want to reach out to the parent theme’s author to check if the issue originates from the child theme or the parent theme itself. Once you’ve pinpointed the cause, their support team would be best equipped to assist.

Regarding the functions.php file you shared, it appears to be blank, so reviewing it won’t be helpful in diagnosing the issue. Since theme authors have a deeper understanding of their own code, I’d recommend reaching out to them directly. Also, as per our support policy, we’re unable to provide assistance for third-party themes or plugins within WooCommerce core support.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction!
