Remove New Features – Settings/Dismiss Banner on Multisite

Hey

Love the plugin and am using it on my multisite network but I am stressed because all sub site admins see the notice on top of dashboard mentioning new features and are able to click on settings etc.

I have limited my admins and am using Menu Editor Pro to stop them from being able to access plugin settings but its not user friendly to see this notice on top of their admin dashboards.

How can I remove this banner from appearing or at least from appearing on subsites in a network? I tried removing some of the text in the code but that caused my whole dashboard to disappear LOL I am not an expert with PHP..please help. Thanks
