You seem to be using “Hello Elementor” theme. You will need to hide page title on the user page. Please follow this article to know how to hide the page titles on a page.

Ok thanks you are very helpful please one more question I have a drop-down list and it is only 2 thing that is there how can I remove the search bar on the drop down list. When user want to register in the registration form there is a drop down there that ask for gender either male or female but I don’t want user to search for it when there want to register how can I remove the search bar in the form https://www.stephenexchange.com/register/

There’s no Gender field in the Register form. Could you please check?
