Remove modal in forms

Im pretty sure i already asked about this before. But, anyways, this plugin is pretty awesome, but i have problem with the modal on file uploads. if you try to navigate with your keyboard (as required by ww3 guidelines to comply with accessibility) not work properly.

is there a way to disable and place an simple upload button?
