remove meta tag did not work

I add some a meta tag on my home page but when I press the delete or remove the delete icon the meta tag did not remove.

Hi, I see this issue as well with Gutenberg, although funnily enough if I click on the trash icon 3 times, it goes away, is that the case for you too!

Either way, we’ll look into this ASAP to fix it.
