That’s called web page preview and you can disable it in Post to Telegram settings by turning ON Disable Web Page Preview option.

No, I need to show something like this Post

Do this in Post to Telegram settings:

• Enable Single Message option
• Set Image position to After the text
• Set Formatting to HTML or Markdown
• Ensure that Disable Web page preview is turned OFF

I did the same but now image not showing

Because you missed the 4th point about Disable Web page preview, you need yo turn it OFF.

After checking the logs, it’s suggested enable Send files by URL option in Advanced Settings and Save Changes. That should fix it.
