Remove mast head

Hello guys, I tried to remove the mast head of my site at vibrantmicrofinancebank.com using custom css.

I applied this code with the simple css plugin
.mastheadnav {
display: none;
}

No changes were made to the masthead.
What do I do to get rid of the mast head.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
