Can I see the shortcode you are using?

    [theme-my-login show_reg_link=”0″ show_pass_link=”0″] per the previous thread.

I have this on my login page.

And the links are still showing, for that particular post/page with that exact shortcode?

I have the register link removed. I accomplished that by going into WordPress settings and deselecting the option to have anyone register. I have tried the shortcode in the follow variations:

    [theme-my-login show_reg_link=”0″ show_pass_link=”0″]
    [theme-my-login show_pass_link=”0″]
    [theme-my-login show_reg_link=”FALSE″ show_pass_link=”FALSE″]
    [theme-my-login show_pass_link=”FALSE″]

    Links with screenshots:

    Thanks,

I am using the Twenty Seventeen theme as well.

Did you ever have the shortcode without properly excluding the links? If so, is it possible that the post/page is cached?

    Thread Starter Tim Rogentine

    (@bentleyvilleusa)

I deleted all my cached pages. Updated the page without the code. Re-deleted cashed pages. Updated with the shortcode that should work and then deleted cached pages again.

Still looks the same on the login page.

I am running out of ideas. The code that controls this is sane, it works for me and presumably everyone else.

Hmm… all our users will have the same login credentials, so maybe I’ll just make it an email link that will contact our sales department and we can follow up directly with the user.

Thanks for your help with this anyways. I do like the ease and simplicity of your plugin, must just be some sort of anomaly with the site I’m using.
