remove links in the site header and footer

Hello, I have installed the Envo Online Store theme (Version: 1.0.6). I downloaded the demo data as recommended. The site looks amazing. But there was a problem: how to remove links and text in the header of the site on a blue background and in the footer of the site on a black background. Please recommend a solution to this problem.
