Remove link url from description?

“Message format for posting={PERMALINK}”.Remove this “{PERMALINK}”

Umm.. no, I’m not mean the permalink. I mean the link that is actually on my site.

Here’s the example:
I have embedded an YouTube video by pasting an video link and its embedded automatically (via this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/) in the top of the content. See this page for example: https://www.baagames.com/2015/08/resident-evil-2-remake-announcement/

Now, when it’s published to Facebook, I don’t what that YouTube link to show up in the Facebook’s link description. Like you see in this post: https://www.facebook.com/BaaGamesdotcom/posts/1902800023277705

Is there anyway to do that?
