Remove line from a custom quote form

Good day.

First of I have to say absolutely no knowledge of coding. I recently wanted to have a custom design for the quote form on my website. A found a code through googling for a custom look which I copy and pasted onto my site. This have worked really well and I mostly like the look of it. The only things that bugs me is this line that have been kept from the original quote form (see x on the image):

I think it really looks out of place now, so I was wondering if anyone here knew how I could remove it from the site?
