Remove Item on Cart not working

Hello,
this is very awesome plugin, i want to say thanks for your work
but i get error for this plugin
when i add and update cart this plugin is working fine
but when i try to delete/remove item, always send message “Cart item key is required!”, even though I already gave itthank you
