Remove Item from cart not working!

I cannot remove ANY product from the Cart. I have everything updated, tried again after disabling ALL plugins except Woocommerce, tried also with Theme TwentyFifteen and StoreFrontend. I made new products with no custom fields. I tried in different browsers. Woocommerce is up to date and all plugins also.

I increased through wp-config the PHP memory to 64mb since i found it in the system check of Woocommerce as issue but still nothing.

Any ideas?
