• This should be easy but I cannot work out what I am doing wrong.

You can see from my embed code that I have no info selected. All works fine until the video ends then the info bar along the top returns.

I have seen video embedded where the information does not come back at the end of the video.

    What am I missing here guys. <iframe width="940" height="529" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/4jdTm5MHRtA?showinfo=0&iv_load_policy=3&controls=0&rel=0" frameborder="0"></iframe>

  • So what do you want to happen at the end of the video?

The information/title bar that appears at the end, I want it not to appear.

having showinfo=0 stops the information appearing when people first go to the page the video is on. The information or title bar does not show while the video plays.

One the video ends the title bar appears. I would like it to not appear at the end.

My site can be seen at chrisfawkes.com and hitting the link “chris” will scroll to the video.

Perhaps try using a YouTube plugin. I have YouTube videos on my website: https://www.inversiontableexpert.com/ but I use a plugin found in the Plugins directory – as it will allow you to remove the title.

Thank you Richard. I will try that.

I just realised the issue is only present in Chrome. Safari and Firefox it does not occur. Have not tested in Explorer.

Still with Chrome being the most used browser and growing it would be nice to get it displaying properly there.

I’ll let you know if the plugin solves this.
