Remove individual A HREF's from repeater

Hey everyone!

i have set up a repeater field for the client’s portfolio, each image is opened in a lightbox.

The trouble is, some blocks he doesn’t want images… just blocks of text…

how could i disable these individual ahrefs within the repeater field?
