Remove image column on checkout page?

I don’t use product images and to be it just looks bad when there is a column on the checkout page that just says “no image” for every product.
How do I remove that column completely? You can see the screenshot below. It’s the part marked with red.

Also, I want to make it so that the product name doesn’t link to its product page. How do I do this? Please see the screenshot. It’s the part that’s marked with green. I want remove the link on both the checkout page and on the cart widget. I just want the product name to show – I don’t want it to be linked to the product page.
