Remove hyphen from image description

My images are in a gallery and when you click on an image the decription is shown under the image- e.g. https://daniemellor.com/drawings-2005-2007-2/ however a hyphen automaically appears at the end and i want this removed, any ideas. I have know spaces after it so not sure why the hyphen comes up. Thank you.
